It used to be in my country, at least, that you were allowed to taste and drink some alcohol when you were growing up, I remember drinking Stout with Condensed Milk when I was 15, I always loved it and made it last week to celebrate our country Independence Day.
Of course, as kids, our favorite part was eating the leftover condensed milk.
It would be best if you had a blender to make it, and all ingredients must be very cold. It’s never served over ice, but you could do it too.
Be aware that Colombian Malta is sweet. We don’t have that in Chile, don’t use it in this recipe because the result will be overwhelmingly sweet.
Condensed milk is a staple in the Chilean pantry, used for drinks, to drizzle over fruit, or to cook and make dulce de leche.
